Customs and Immigration at Jolly Harbour Marina
eSeaClear - The Caribbean Pre-Arrival Notification system
Antigua has joined the eSeaClear system for pre-arrival customs notification. This service allows the captain to submit electronic notification to Antigua Customs Officers which speeds up the process of clearing into the country by around 75%.
The eSeaClear website can be found at: www.eseaclear.com - please remember you will still need to clear into Antigua in person at the Customs Office before proceeding to the marina or fuel dock.
Once registered, users can access the system to maintain vessel, crew and passenger information and notify impending arrival. Prior to arrival at any of the Caribbean 11 countries using the system the vessel operator simply ensures the information is accurate for the upcoming voyage and submits a new notification.
Jolly Harbour Marina is a port of entry. Customs, Immigration and Port Authority have their own dock which is situated North of the Superyacht Terminal. Upon arrival, yachts requiring clearance should call Customs on VHF Channel 16 and proceed to the Port Authority dock for clearance. Large yachts can go directly to the Superyacht Terminal South of the customs dock.
Clearance from the last port you visited, crew list, passports and ship's papers are required when checking in.
Please ensure you clear Customs and Immigration before proceeding to your slip. If you arrive after the office is shut please remain at the customs dock and on board your vessel until the office is open again.
